Where the Money Will Go...

The River Rats Junior Training Program keeps the lessons affordable to families by providing boats for the students. The student just needs to bring a life jacket and be able to swim. As one can imagine, the boats used in the Junior Training Program can take a pounding over the course of the summer.

Club Members provide the labor and funds for routine maintenance. Your donation will be used for extraordinary expenses, such as major repairs and parts or replacing older boats and equipment. For example, a new sail can cost from $100 to $300, depending on the boat. 100% of your donation will be put toward supporting the Junior Training Program.
