River Rats (also known as the Fair Haven Sailing Club) is an educational non-profit organization dedicated to sailing: individual sailing, training & family fun. We are located on the beautiful Navesink River in Fair Haven, New Jersey.
With another season upon us we have had some extraordinary conditions to contend with as Super Storm Sandy left our property a mess. We have cleaned it up, and are getting our facilities ready. Any and all help from our members this spring will ensure that we get off to a good start, and that our 53rd season will be as rewarding as the previous 52. To returning and new member families, and to guests: Welcome to River Rats, best wishes and a great sailing season for all.
